Deliverables
Included in your sponsorship package is a full page ad and a 30 second video ad. Your ads will be featured in the conference guide and the event programming.
In some instances, the sound in your event program ad will be heard at the event (ie. during main stage programming). However, throughout the arena your digital ads that are displayed on monitors will not have sound.
The event programming ad should be formatted 1920 x 1080 px and the codecs AAC, H.264.
The specs for the conference guide ad are 8.375" W x 10.875" H, no bleed.
Please have these ads submitted to our team before September 8th using this form. If your security system blocks the use of external forms, please email your ads to sponsors@siliconslopes.com.
Throughout the event your company's logo will be showcased in a variety of different forms of signage. Sponsor logos will be featured on some of the stage screens and monitors throughout the venue.
In the coming weeks you will be able to have access to your content kit with promotional assets for Summit. When posting to social media, please tag @SiliconSlopes on all platforms and use #SlopesSummit23 so that we can repost and share the love.

Ticket Instructions
Please use this link to claim your 4 tickets for the Soirée. You will need to login to siliconslopes.com to register. Once you've checked out, please transfer the tickets to the guests who will be attending. To transfer the tickets, navigate to your account page, then choose "My Tickets" in the left-hand menu, and find the tickets labeled "Silicon Slopes Summit Soirée". On the right side, you can select "View Tickets", and then you can use the arrow to toggle through your tickets. You should see "Transfer Ticket" under any tickets that are eligible to be transferred. Please register for the Soirée by September 20th.
This year we'll be highlighting a few of the fun, interactive activations and activities that our sponsors have at their booth on our Summit app. Attendees will be able to earn points by participating in the various sponsor activations throughout the event.
If you would like your activation to be considered to be included on the app, please email sponsors@siliconslopes.com the following information by September 18th:

Sponsorship Portal
Included in your sponsorship is access to your sponsor portal. This portal gives you access to manage your company landing page and distribute your passes. At the event, attendees will have physical badges to wear.
Note: If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your sponsorship account, that person will not be able to access your Team; you will need to add them once you are inside the portal.
To access your portal, visit siliconslopes.com and select "Sign In" in the top right corner. If you have previously created an account, you can use those credentials to log in. If you’ve not yet created an account, do so using your email and create a password.
Once logged in, you should see your account page. In the left-hand menu, select "My Teams". You should see your organization listed. Select "Manage" on the right, and you'll be transferred to your organization's account page. You should also see a bar at the top with your organization's name in the top left corner and "Back To My Account" in the top right corner. You can click this to go back to your personal account.
From here, you can edit your organization's information, tickets, and team members that have access to the team page. If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your company account, you need to add them using the "Team Members" tab.

Included in your sponsorship package is your Summit sponsor page. This page provides you the opportunity to share information about your company and partnership with Silicon Slopes. Here you can see examples of what the landing pages will look like.
To manage your sponsor page, log into your account. Navigate to My Teams in the left-hand menu. Click on Manage. All fields for each section under My Account need to be completed. Any section not completed will not be published. If you don't have content for some of the sections, simply leave those fields empty. You can comeback anytime to update or change the information in any and all sections.
As a Partner Sponsor, your company is given 30 VIP passes and 100 standard passes for Summit 2023.
Included in your sponsorship includes a number of general admission passes, VIP passes, and Summit Soiree passes:
General Admission: In-person access to all sessions on both days of the event.
VIP: In-person access to all sessions, separate lines to enter the event and exclusive access to the VIP lounge.
Summit Soirée: In-person access to the exclusive day-one party of Summit 2023
This year we will have physical badges for all attendees to wear throughout the event. There will be opportunities to pre-print your badge before the event and we will update this section with additional details. The pass holder will need to present their digital pass to receive their printed badge.
Please note: we ask and require that you do not do public giveaways for these passes.
In case you missed it in the previous section, your company is allotted 30 VIP passes and 100 standard passes for Summit 2023. You will access your pass allotment for Summit 2023 by using your unique coupon codes.
You should have received an email with your unique coupon codes for your VIP and general admission passes. You can also access these coupon codes by following the steps below:
Download the Sponsor XM app (available on Apple and Android devices).
If you haven't previously logged in, you'll be asked for an organization code. The code is "slopes".
Log into your account. Once logged in, you will see a warning that you are in an individual account. Click the "Select Team" option, and then select your organization.
Select "Coupons" from the menu options.
You should see two coupons - one for your VIP passes and one for your general admission passes. You can click on either code to view the coupon code information. You can even scroll to the bottom and see who has redeemed the code.

To redeem a VIP pass:
Go to this link (anyone using this link will need to be signed into their Silicon Slopes account. You should see a "Sign In" option in the bottom left corner if you're not logged in.)
Apply your VIP coupon code.
Complete the checkout process. You should receive an email confirmation.
Once complete, you will be redirected to your ticket page, where you can see and manage any tickets you've registered for.
To redeem a general admission pass:
Go to this link (anyone using this link will need to be signed into their Silicon Slopes account. You should see a "Sign In" option in the bottom left corner if you're not logged in.)
Apply your general admission coupon code.
Complete the checkout process. You should receive an email confirmation.
Once complete, you will be redirected to your ticket page, where you can see and manage any tickets you've registered for.
To transfer a pass:
Go to your Silicon Slopes account page and click "My Tickets" in the left-hand menu.
Find the ticket type you would like to transfer. They should be listed as one of the following: a) Slopes Summit 2023 General Admission, b)Slopes Summit 2023 VIP Admission, or c) Silicon Slopes Summit Soirée.
Click "View Tickets" to the right of the ticket you want to transfer.
If you have more than one of a ticket, you can toggle through them using the arrows. Once you are on the ticket you wish to transfer, click the "Transfer Ticket" button.
Type the recipient's email into the required fields.
Click "Submit Transfer Request".
Until the individual accepts your transfer, you will see "Transfer Pending" on the ticket. Once they have accepted the ticket, the ticket will no longer be in your account. However, you can see all transfers and pending transfers on your "My Orders" page.
If you want to cancel the transfer, you can click on "Transfer Pending" and then click "Cancel Transfer". You can only do this before the recipient has accepted the transfer.
To accept a pass:
If someone transfers you a pass, you should receive an email and a notification in your Silicon Slopes account.
From the notifications tab, find the ticket that was transferred to you and click "Accept Transfer" on the right.
You should now see your ticket in the "My Tickets" section.
All of your sponsorship information is now consolidated under one app! The app is called SponsorXM and is available on Apple and Android devices. Any team members that you add to your siliconslopes.com team can help scan and collect leads. When you first open the app, it will ask for an organization code. Please use the code "slopes". Those designated individuals from your team will be able to login with their siliconslopes.com account. Once logged in, you will see a warning that you are in an individual account. Click the "Select Team" option, and then select your organization.
Select "Events" from the menu options. Select "Silicon Slopes Summit 2023". From the Summit page, you can click "Scan Badges" to scan new leads, or click "Event Leads" to see the leads you have scanned at Summit 2023. These leads will also appear in the "Leads" section from the main menu.
We recommend you bring your own personal device(s) to Summit to scan attendee QR codes. There will be wifi available for you to connect your device(s) to for scanning. Additionally, attendees will be able to have their tickets easily accessible on their physical badges.

Sponsor Village @ Summit
If you choose to activate your sponsorship benefit of having a booth at Summit, you will be working closely with Modern Expo. Please add expo@modernexpo.com to your mailing list so that you don't miss any communications from them.
Sponsor booths will be located on Level 2 and 3 of the Delta Center. Level 3 is the main course area and Level 2 is directly underneath. Both levels will be open to all attendees. Modern Expo will work with you if you would like to purchase additional add-ons or upgrades. Please email expo@modernexpo.com to collaborate.
If you've chosen to activate a turnkey booth, follow these steps:
Choose: Choose preferred booth location.
Notify: Email sponsors@siliconslopes.com with your preferred level and booth placement. Please send 2-3 booth locations you'd prefer.
Please note: The maps are subject to change including the booths surrounding your spot of choice. We will do our best to accommodate your requests and are willing to make changes to the maps.
The Exhibitor Service Kit (ESK) contains information about file submission and artwork formatting, along with templates and other helpful information. The custom artwork for your turnkey booth is due on September 4th. Please submit artwork to expo@modernexpo.com and upload to this site.
Sponsors will not have dock or curbside access to the arena. We encourage sponsors to utilize the Modern Expo Advanced Warehouse service if large deliveries or shipments are required for your space. Please refer to the Exhibitor Service Kit for detailed information on deadlines and cost.
Move In: We are opening the arena on Tuesday (9/26) from 5 to 8pm for sponsors to come and load in. This will allow you to bring in any materials that you would like to have at your booth. Please bring your own carts or dollies if you are planning on bringing bulky/heavy items.
Arena Access: Please use Door 4 (northeast entrance) to enter the arena to load in your materials on Tuesday. Upon arrival, you will need to present the below credential to the Delta Center security team.
Early Access: On Wednesday and Thursday mornings we will be opening Door 4 early for sponsors. We will open Door 4 at 6:30am and you will need to present the attached credential.
Unloading Zone: You may unload any supplies from these two streets surrounding the Delta Center: 1) South Temple and 2) 300 W. Additional parking details can be found here.
Summit Badge Printing: This year we will have physical badges for all attendees to wear throughout the event. There will be opportunities to pre-print your badge before the event at StartFEST and during move in at the Delta Center. Please go to the desk inside the Main Entrance and present your Summit digital QR code (VIP or General) to print your badge.
