Deliverables
Suite locations are selected on a first come, first serve basis. Please email sponsorships@siliconslopes.com for availability and to reserve your suite location.
Suite holders will be able to purchase catering options for their private space during Summit. Here, you will find the catering menu from last year as an example. You are responsible for arranging and paying for any food and beverage orders that you place. This section will be updated in the next few weeks with an updated menu and additional details from the arena.
Deadline for catering from the full menu is Friday, 9/22 by 2pm MT. After Friday, 9/22, the menu becomes more limited (same menu just minus the breakfast and lunch packages), and orders can be placed from the limited version through the day before each event at 4pm MT.
As a reminder, outside food and beverage is not permitted in the Delta Center.
Suite Access
Included in your suite package is access to your team portal. This portal gives you access to manage and distribute your passes. At the event, attendees will have physical badges to wear and additionally will need a wristband from you in order to access the level to your suite.
Note: If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your team account, that person will not be able to access your team portal; you will need to add them once you are inside the portal.
To access your portal, visit siliconslopes.com and select "Sign In" in the top right corner. If you have previously created an account, you can use those credentials to log in. If you’ve not yet created an account, do so using your email and create a password.
Once logged in, you should see your account page. In the left-hand menu, select "My Teams". You should see your organization listed. Select "Manage" on the right, and you'll be transferred to your organization's account page. You should also see a bar at the top with your organization's name in the top left corner and "Back To My Account" in the top right corner. You can click this to transfer back to your personal account.
From here, you can edit your organization's information, tickets, and team members that have access to the team page. If you delegate this responsibility to a co-worker that is not currently associated with your company account, you need to add them using the "Team Members" tab.
Note: If you do not see your organization listed in your "My Teams" page or experience any issues accessing your company profile, please contact sponsors@siliconslopes.com.
As a suite holder, you get 25 general passes and 50 wristbands for Summit 2023.
This year we will have physical badges for all attendees to wear throughout the event. There will be opportunities to pre-print your badge before the event and we will update this section with additional details. The pass holder will need to present their digital pass to receive their printed badge.
Please note: we ask and require that you do not do public giveaways for these passes.

The suites are located on the fourth level of the arena. In order to access the suite level, attendees must present a suite-specific wristband. We will provide you with an allotment of 50 wristbands to distribute between the two days of Summit. You will pick these up at the help desk located at the Main Entrance of the arena (indicated on the map with a green star) on the morning of Wednesday, September 27th. All 50 wristbands will be held under the name of the company associated with the suite and the entire allotment will be given in an envelope to the representative from your company.
If you would like individuals to access your suite, you will need to provide them with a wristband. It is up to your discretion how you manage your wristband allotment. We ask and require that you don't do any public giveaways of your wristbands or tickets.
